Lawsuit: Attorney died in 2021 without returning at least $1.5 million to former clients
A Gainesville attorney who died in a suspected murder-suicide in 2021 had not returned unearned legal fees and costs to his former clients that may exceed $1.5 million, according to a lawsuit filed Feb. 11 in Hall County Superior Court.
