World's Best Adventures FAQs: Nashville edition

World's Best Adventures is heading to Nashville this spring. If you’re thinking about joining us for this travel experience, here are a few answers to frequently asked questions: 

Question: Where do the tours depart from?

Answer: The Times office located at 345 Green St., Gainesville, GA

Q: What time does the bus depart for the trip?

A: The bus leaves promptly at 9 a.m. We ask you to arrive 30 minutes early to check in.

Q: What time does the tour return to The Times office on our last day?

A: Between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Q: Where can I park my car?

A: There is free parking available at the side of the Times building.  

Q: Can I bring a walker or wheelchair on the tour?

A: Yes. Check with the tour director if you have challenges with stairs as you will need to be able to go up and down stairs to get on the bus.  

Q: Is there a restroom on the bus and do you stop for bathroom breaks?  

A: Yes, there is a bathroom on the bus and we stop for bathroom breaks.

Q: What if I need a handicap hotel room?

A: No problem, just let us know when you register.

Q: Can I bring my children?

A: Adult children are welcome on the trip if they are 21 or older.

Q: What are the rates for single vs. double occupancy?  

A: Single occupancy is $1,795 per person and double occupancy is $1,495 per person.

Q: How much is the deposit for the trip?

A: The deposit is $300 per person.

Q: How many people can you take on the tour?  

A: We can take up to 48 guests on the bus.  

Q: When do I need to make my payment by?

A: Final payments are due March 17, 2025.
