The adoptive mother of a severely abused baby says she is “appalled” by a prosecutor’s handling of a child cruelty case involving her 2-year-old son. She has filed a complaint with Northeastern Judicial Circuit District Attorney Lee Darragh, requesting that someone else be assigned to the case.
