A Gainesville man had a warrant for 12 years in a Hall child molestation case and wasn’t caught until a car wreck last month, according to authorities. But at his first court hearing in Magistrate Court since being booked in to the jail, the Hall County district attorney’s office moved to dismiss the charges.
