Hall County approves data center rules and zoning updates, but scrapped this ordinance

Hall County commissioners approved a series of updates to the county's Unified Development Code and Comprehensive Plan at their Sept. 10 meeting, including new rules governing where data centers can be built and what developers must do to get approval.
