Ga. Supreme Court rules on gang evidence in Hall murder case pending trial

In November, a Hall County judge made a ruling on what gang evidence would be admissible in an April 2024 murder case where a 16-year-old was fatally shot. For almost 11 months, the case has languished while waiting for the Georgia Supreme Court to consider the prosecution’s appeal.
